Activated Charcoal is added to the dark hair Dry Shampoo, so you won't have to worry about any white powder showing at the roots. Activated Charcoal also adds a purifying property to the Dry Shampoo, amplifying its absorbency. No pigment is added to light hair Dry Shampoo as it will disperse evenly into your roots for no leftover visibility. 

Shake over your roots and work in with your fingertips until all the oil and shine is absorbed by the powder. Using a powder brush also helps smooth the powder and any fly-away hairs after application.
